Field Staff (Trainees)
Equivalent position: Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Cardiff & Surrounding
Up to £12,000 basic + Commission + Car (OTE £25,000 - £30,000 Uncapped)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a trainee-level candidate with some agency experience to forge ahead in a fast-moving, exciting, face-to-face, sales environment. You’ll be rewarded with a good basic salary, flexible working hours, a company car and an excellent opportunity to earn commission and progress to management.

Mentored by the company founders and supported by a dedicated team of property professionals, the Trainee will quickly learn to deliver the HomeFinderPro handshake and make our clients' dreams come true.
Practically everything else is done for you.
Turn up. Shake their hands. Make their dreams come true. Earn a commission. Repeat 4-5 times each day.

Successful candidates will all posses the following:

- Likeable, sociable personality
- Full UK Driving License
- Professional, well-presented image
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum 12 months agency experience
- Ambition, with a driving need to be the best at what you do
- The confidence to deliver on our core value
- An understanding of the market pressures faced by traditional Estate and Letting Agents
